Permits, HOA guidelines and Kentucky 811 utility marking are sorted before any post hole is dug.
Custom Fencing Solutions is based in Lexington and builds aluminum and custom wood fences for homeowners across Central Kentucky. If you live in Fayette County or one of the counties around it, we can measure your property, plan the fence and handle the build.
Central Kentucky is not a one-size-fits-all place to put up a fence. Lots in Georgetown and Nicholasville subdivisions often come with HOA rules on height and style. Older Lexington neighborhoods can sit inside historic or design overlays, and Lexington requires a permit for fences 24 inches or taller. Farm country around Versailles, Paris and Winchester brings longer runs and rolling ground.
Much of the Bluegrass is gently rolling, so we plan racked or stepped sections that keep the top line looking deliberate. Limestone sits close to the surface in many areas, and winters swing above and below freezing, so post depth and drainage are planned for every fence. Utility lines are always marked through Kentucky 811 before any digging.

A fence should look right on day one and stay straight for years. Here is how we make sure it does.
Aluminum and custom wood are all we build, so every fence gets the right posts, hardware and finish.
